The concept of migrating to the cloud has gained added complexity through hybrid environments, the increasing reliance on workloads, and the dynamism of operational environments. Conventional migration methods founded on manual exploration, one-time evaluation, and business decision making frequently lead to cost escalation, procrastination and insufficient enterprise value. The paper provides an AI-supported Enterprise Migration Framework that turns migration into an intelligence-oriented process in five steps: intelligent discovery, predictive readiness, AI-driven migration strategy, intelligent execution, and continuous learning. A secondary qualitative analysis method is utilized on the basis of industry reports, technology case studies, and evidence on enterprise migration to consider the existing challenges and future opportunities. These results point to the fact that AI may enhance the visibility of dependencies, predict the migration risks, accuracy in making decisions, and ongoing optimization. The trustworthy use of AI still requires proper operational data, management structures, and reliability engineering activities. The research also adds an organized framework to further transformative intelligent and independent cloud.
